- Wooden posters are made from natural wood. Expect variations in colour and wood grain texture. This is the characteristic of wood and makes each poster unique. 
- The thickness may vary by +/- 3 mm for layered wood panels. 
- Sizes may vary by +/- 3 mm for layered wood panels.
- Weight may vary depending upon the moisture content and species of the wood.

How to order a custom wooden poster?

Step 1: Upload your own high-resolution image and add your custom text.

Step 2: We design and email you a preview of your custom wooden product.

Step 3: Once you approve the design, we carve and ship it out. 

Average delivery time for custom wooden posters is 10 to 14 days.

Image guidelines for photo engraving on wooden posters

To carve your photo on wood, follow these best practices:

• Upload a high-res photo. Image size must be 2 mb or more. 
• Photo must be well lit, crisp with no blurring. 
• No photo collages or edited images with Instagram filters, unedited images work best. 
• If you upload a low-resolution image, you may receive an email from us requesting an alternate image.

Pro tip: Portrait pictures taken during the day work best. Pictures from your phone camera or DSLR camera are preferred over images downloaded from social media 

Note: 
- Your design mock-up will be emailed to you within 2 working days after receiving your prepaid order. 
- We accept one image per product. Please do not send us multiple images for the design mock-up. 
- You can ask for changes in your design till you are satisfied. However, this will further delay your dispatch date by 24 hours. 
- If you are not happy with the design mockup you can cancel the order and get a full refund. (order cancellations are allowed before your custom product is engraved).
